My visit for hybrid eyelash extensions with Steph two weeks ago left me disappointed. Within a week, most of the lashes had fallen off despite my careful maintenance. It was evident that the natural lashes were not still attached, indicating a possible issue with the adhesive or technique used. When I politely requested to cancel my upcoming appointment for infills due to this unsatisfactory experience, Steph declined to refund my £10 deposit. Given a week's notice, she could have easily filled the slot with another client. The lack of refund for such a small amount, especially considering the subpar service received, was a letdown in terms of customer service. I did not seek a refund for the £50 already paid, nor was one offered. Unfortunately, I was unable to address the issue during my holiday.
Steph is consistently professional and consistently goes above and beyond for all of her clients. My family and I have been loyal patrons for many years now, and we have not encountered a single negative experience. Our visits have included acrylics, builder gel, eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint, eyebrow waxing and tinting, and spray tans. Every time, we have received top-notch service.
In the past 2 years, I have indulged in eyelash treatments, BIAB nails every couple of weeks, spray tans, massages, Indian Head massage, makeup services, and even attended a training course with Steph. Throughout all these experiences, I have never been let down. Steph conducts herself with professionalism, and I eagerly anticipate my appointments as I consistently depart feeling rejuvenated and content with the service provided.
