Extremely disappointed and disrespected. Scheduled a body wax before my trip. The individual performing the waxing became overly personal, passing judgment on my life choices. My 15-year-old stepson was waiting outside and could hear everything. The waxer even questioned my love for my stepson, insinuating that our different nationalities meant I couldn't love him fully. I reassured her that I love him wholeheartedly. She was offensive on multiple levels, leaving both myself and my stepson upset. Additionally, she repeatedly waxed the same area, resulting in scarring and tearing of my skin. This ruined my holiday as I had to be extra cautious due to sun exposure. Priya promised to investigate but has not followed through, ignoring my emails. I now need to seek legal advice for the damage to my skin. Extremely dissatisfied.
I have visited twice now and the establishment is impeccably clean and welcoming, with a serene ambiance. I received microblading from Priya and lash extensions from Maryam, both of whom did outstanding work. I look forward to many more treatments here. Highly recommend.
