I visited this salon for the first time. Staff were unwelcoming. I came for eyelashes. My appointment was rescheduled via text the day before, twice. During my appointment, the lady claimed she had a phone appointment. She paused the work to take the call, leaving me waiting on the bed for almost thirty minutes. She then spent the entire session on the phone or chatting with others in the salon. I felt rushed and lacked professionalism. After the phone call, she made more calls, showing little focus on my treatment. At the end, I had to ask to see my lashes. She didn't inquire about my satisfaction or even if they were okay. She left the salon before me, without processing payment. While I'm happy with my lashes, I didn't feel welcomed or professionally treated. The staff and atmosphere were not very kind.
