I would not recommend this brand. While it was satisfactory in 2018, it has significantly declined in quality by 2022. The tweezers are of poor quality, making it difficult to grip lashes. Customer service is non-existent, and there is a high level of arrogance. This brand is not suitable for technicians. Avoid wasting your money on their products, as refunds for low-quality items are unlikely to be granted. A complete waste.
I concur with the negative feedback from others, it's amusing how someone mentioned that they require you to complete a form to avoid mentioning any owners' names and to leave a negative review. I apologize, but reviews serve a purpose, they don't necessarily have to be positive; that would seem too good to be true and insincere. I'm part of a group chat where the proprietor frequently posts pictures and seeks models. I messaged twice regarding my availability for lip filler. My messages were ignored, even after sending another one. Despite this, the owner continues to post availability. It's best to avoid establishments where they excessively fill your lips, resulting in a doll-like appearance. Seek out someone with extensive experience, such as a nurse or doctor in a reputable clinic. I would recommend Sharon in Coventry. At least you receive a response unlike these pretentious plastic-faced proprietors.
The customer service at Velvet Aesthetics UK, owned by Daria, is extremely poor. Not friendly in the slightest. She requests that you complete a questionnaire about yourself when booking for fillers. Subsequently, she mentions issues with your lips, stating that previous filler needs to be dissolved. When I inquired if she could dissolve it and re-inject filler since I trust her work, she declined. I believed that was within her job description? Extracting information from her was very challenging as she typically responds with one-word answers, or simply a yes or no, or even ignores my messages. A polite rejection with a clear explanation would have been more appreciated. I conversed with a previous aesthetician (Dr. Sharon in Coventry) who engaged in a comprehensive discussion, providing valuable advice on fillers, which I found beneficial.
