We had a fantastic time at our parent and baby yoga sessions! Emma made us feel so at ease, and the studio is tranquil and inviting. There's no pressure to follow the session rigidly, allowing for flexibility when the baby needs feeding, changing, or sleeping. It was a perfect opportunity to bond with the baby without any distractions, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents and babies!
Emma’s infant yoga class is truly wonderful. She is a kind lady who establishes a warm and serene atmosphere, even amidst a room full of noisy infants! The ambiance is very laid-back, making it easy to step in and out of the session to tend to the baby's needs. The class structure is excellent with plenty of variety to keep it engaging. I appreciate how it caters to the baby while also providing a little treat for the mother! ♥️ I highly recommend these classes xxxx
My son and I joined the Parent and Baby Yoga sessions when he was 8 weeks old. It was a holistic bonding experience for both of us that we looked forward to every week! The Christmas-themed session was especially delightful, with Christmas yoga, arts and crafts, and snacks! It was a non-judgmental space where we could easily accommodate the baby's needs and socialize with other parents at the end of each session. I highly recommend parent and baby yoga to anyone seeking to embrace parenthood, bond with their baby, and find relaxation through breath!
