I found the courses I finished to be highly educational, and the instructional videos were effective in explaining the required steps. I plan to pursue further nail courses through Next Step Beauty. The support I received was exceptional, particularly from Hannah McGee, who consistently went above and beyond to address my queries.
I have recently enrolled in the nail courses, and every question or concern I've had has been promptly and effectively addressed, with my needs prioritised. I enrolled in the nail technician diploma online course in February. The course structure is excellent, combining textbooks with videos of Victoria demonstrating practical procedures. This method of learning is fantastic as it allows me to grasp the theoretical knowledge while observing Victoria's techniques to ensure I perform the procedures accurately. I have successfully completed 2 out of 4 courses (manicure & gel) with distinctions. Victoria and the Next Step team provide constant support, and having access to the Facebook help group is invaluable as everyone supports each other, creating a classroom-like environment. I highly recommend this course. Despite having no prior experience in beauty work, these courses have equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to carry out treatments on clients.
