I adore visiting Bailey for my hair appointments. He always understands my preferences perfectly and is such a great conversationalist. Every time I leave the salon, I feel incredibly happy and rejuvenated. The salon has a welcoming ambiance and is consistently spotless.
My initial visit to the Melanie Brown salon was exceptional. Shannon expertly gave me a very short haircut, precisely meeting my specifications. Her communication was clear, and the salon itself was elegant and cozy. I highly recommend both Shannon and the salon!

She was incredibly informative and adept at articulating her vision for my hair after I showed her a photo of my desired style.
