I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you suffer from anxiety. During my visit to Aylesbury to collect a car, I decided to have my nails done while waiting. The first nearby nail salon was fully booked, and so I ended up at this place. The customer service was appalling - the staff openly laughed and spoke in their own language, making me feel uncomfortable and ridiculed. They also made derogatory remarks in their language, which was incredibly unprofessional. The technicians filed my natural nails too thin, causing discomfort when applying the acrylics. The sharp edges of the nails made simple tasks painful. The male employees were judgmental and rude, with the female manager condoning their behaviour. The atmosphere was hostile, and I felt unwelcome throughout. Moreover, they rushed through the service, resulting in a poor nail finish. I entered the store feeling dissatisfied with the nails I had recently done elsewhere, curious if they could make any adjustments. The individual at the reception was understanding and exceptionally helpful, as was the individual who proceeded to work on my nails. They promptly seated me and began working on the two nails with designs. The service was warm and efficient, and I departed feeling much more content.
