My experience with Kayleigh Simpson was extremely disappointing. After scheduling two appointments and waiting over 4 weeks, I arrived for my hair extensions removal and highlights. Despite completing the job and taking a payment of £130, she cancelled my follow-up appointment last minute, claiming illness. This led to significant inconvenience and financial loss for me, disrupting my plans to visit family in Edinburgh. Despite her promises to make amends, she attempted to charge me an additional £260, spreading false information about me online. It was a nightmare dealing with her, and I strongly advise avoiding her services. ☹️☹️☹️
