I have a severe allergy to certain nail products, but this issue isn't their fault. While my service was satisfactory, unfortunately, my grandmother's experience wasn't as smooth. The first technician who started the prep work cut her cuticle with the drill to the point of bleeding. However, the second technician who did her acrylics and colour was fantastic, very professional and skilled. During my own prep, I did notice a piece of someone else's cuticle on the cuticle cutter, which was a bit off-putting. They did offer water and other beverages, and the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the nail stations were commendable. My set cost £40, while my grandmother's gel refill (using acrylic) was £28.About
