Appalling customer service! The owner's husband was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I showed him a photo of the colour I wanted, he simply said they didn't have it. I then inquired about something similar, and he carelessly dropped a basket of nail polishes in front of me, telling me to choose. During the filing process, he didn't even ask about the shape I preferred. When I requested a round shape, he rolled his eyes and made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he ignored me and refused to communicate. Feeling uncomfortable, I eventually asked to pay and left with poorly done nails.
My first visit was outstanding. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon.
Blue Ocean consistently delivers exceptional service. Each visit leaves me delighted with my manicure. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are all delightful.
