Had a delightful encounter with a charming gentleman at the St John’s hill, Clapham branch. He seemed to be of South American descent and possibly the manager. His warm demeanor made my visit quite pleasant. I was relieved to have his assistance as another staff member appeared quite gloomy and unapproachable, which is not ideal for customer service. The promotion of buy 3 and get 3 free left me overjoyed! To top it off, I received a complimentary book, which I plan to enjoy with a cocktail on my terrace this evening.
Big shoutout to the crew at Claire's, especially to Alex for the fantastic service with my ear piercing and the guidance on ear piercing aftercare! Definitely recommending them!
Encountered a malfunctioning printer at the store and was not provided with a receipt. Opted for an email receipt, but it was never received. Now, I'm unable to return the item due to this issue.
