I visited the salon for a full leg and Hollywood waxing session, and I was quite disappointed. It seemed like the attendant lacked expertise, especially during the Hollywood waxing as the wax kept breaking. It was the most painful waxing experience I've ever had, and I felt judged when she attributed it to the thickness of my hair. I even considered leaving midway through. To top it off, they didn't have change for payment, so I ended up leaving a £3 tip. Appalling customer service! The owner's husband was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I showed him a photo of the colour I wanted, he simply said they didn't have it. I then inquired about something similar, and he carelessly dropped a basket of nail polishes in front of me, telling me to choose. During the filing process, he didn't even ask about the shape I preferred. When I requested a round shape, he rolled his eyes and made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he ignored me and refused to communicate.
