My hair looks exactly the same as when I entered for the highlights. I was specific and even showed a photo of my desired look - vibrant blonde highlights. I presented the picture to Bailey, expressing my wish for a significantly lighter shade from its current state. However, I was informed that my hair was 'too delicate' - a concern never raised by any other stylist before!! The line from my previous highlights is still visible, there is practically no change. I am extremely let down and hesitated to ask for a refund from the individual who performed the service as we were alone in the salon at the end. As seen in the images, my roots remain a dirty blonde - my natural hue, no alteration, and the line from my prior highlights is evident. I am seeking a refund as I feel my time and money were wasted.
