I have been a regular customer of this salon for years, in no small part due to the beauty technician Kajal. I’ve received high quality services as well as warm and thoughtful interactions every time I visit. This includes for services such as eyebrow threading, waxing - and now starting a course of laser hair removal.
Lux Nails on Battersea Park Road is the only nail salon I have ever felt satisfied with in London, and I have been to many! I have lived all over London for over twenty years, and since I found Lux around seven years ago I have been to nobody else. I’ve trusted them not only with my nails, but also LVL natural lash enhancement (excellent), and laser hair removal, which was reasonably priced, almost painless (honestly), and done with kindness and sensitivity. The staff feel like family, which is a testament to how Michael and Alice run their business. Most clients that walk through the door enter with a friendly and genuinely reciprocated "Hello, how are you!" It has a lovely local feel with staff who get to know the clients and their needs. I don't like my feet being touched and I don't ever have to remind them of this. I think that says it all.
