I've been visiting Tranquil spa since I relocated to Cheltenham 5 years ago. I frequently go for waxing and the service is consistently exceptional! Samir is the quickest beautician you can encounter and Rhea is simply the most charming and skilled beautician you could wish for. She is incredibly kind and her waxing is nearly painless. I visited today with my 7 month old son who didn't nap for a second and everyone was very kind and accommodating. Especially Rhea as always, she made me feel very supported while I was juggling the baby as she waxed me. Highly recommended for any waxing service!
Honestly, the service was outstanding! I was quite delayed, when I called to inform them, they were extremely courteous and welcoming, and this continued upon my arrival. I was greeted and guided to the treatment room.
