Visited Trotters today to buy our daughter's first pair of shoes. The staff was lovely. The gentleman whom we dealt with was really helpful and friendly. He provided us with some excellent advice regarding kids' shoes and sizes. There was a sale on, and we managed to get a great pair of leather shoes for our little girl at a really good price. She absolutely adores her new shoes. The shop also has a nice selection of toys and clothes. We will definitely return when we need new shoes or when she needs a haircut.
The staff at this place is fantastic! They were great with my child who had her first haircut there.
I took my child there twice (when she was just under 2 years old and around 2 years and 4 months old) and plan to go back. The haircut was really quick (under 20 minutes) and easy, but my child did behave really well, so that helped. The aquarium in front of the seats is the best feature ever, kids love it! The staff is professional and polite.
