Maggie is the most incredible massage therapist. I arrived with terribly sore shoulders and upper back and after requesting firm pressure, she provided me with a blissful hour where she targeted the problem areas perfectly. I already feel much improved and can't wait to visit Maggie again soon! She is also delightful, highly professional, and clearly takes great pride in her work. A very satisfied customer!
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and impressed by the ample time I was given to enjoy the facilities before my treatment. I had the spa area all to myself, complete with a robe, plush towels, and slippers at my disposal. The massage therapist was kind and even brought me a bottle of water, allowing me time to relax before my treatment. It felt unhurried, as she wanted to ensure a positive experience. The massage itself was top-notch, the room was incredibly calming, clean, and inviting. I appreciated the chance to unwind in the relaxation room post-treatment. I was provided with fresh hot water, tea, and biscuits, and once again, there was no rush; I was encouraged to take my time. A truly fantastic spa experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.
As a new parent, I indulged in a facial here, and it was truly exceptional. I felt completely relaxed and not at all rushed! Every detail had been carefully considered. The staff were exceptional. Being sleep-deprived and stressed from caring for a newborn, this experience was exactly what I needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The building and surroundings are stunning.
