I went in with shoulder pain and even though I explained where I needed massaged it was barely touched. The pressure was far too intense and very painful at some points and when I expressed this I was told 'it's OK, just relax'. I have been to many body work practitioners and never have I been ignored when I have said it is painful. I was literally bruised for about a week afterwards. Needless to say I do not recommend and I will not be returning!
Karen is a brilliant and attentive therapist! Always finds the right blend of pressure and relaxation. Great new premises, which I'm happy to make the journey out to, as the treatment is fantastic. Thanks for all your help with my amateur running career, Karen 😁 …
