Scheduled a balayage session with Kasey, but unfortunately, the outcome did not match my expectations. Left the salon with lacklustre, discoloured hair that was also damaged and frizzy. Despite the disappointment, I reached out to Kasey with comparison photos to show the disparity between what I wanted and what I got. Rather than seeking correction elsewhere, I offered to pay for a haircut to address the damage caused during the colour treatment.
Absolutely fabulous salon experience. Kasey is an absolute gem, always listening attentively to my hair wishes while prioritizing its health. With a wealth of experience, Kasey exudes warmth and creates a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment. I can't sing the praises of this salon enough! Plus, Kasey's patience and skill with my 2-year-old daughter's haircuts is truly commendable.
Had my hair expertly coloured by Kasey. Thrilled with the fantastic result. Although there was a slight hiccup in understanding the desired colour initially, Kasey was incredibly accommodating. After a quick phone call to clarify, she welcomed me back to add more babylights to achieve the perfect shade. Now that we're on the same page, I look forward to Kasey working her magic on my hair regularly!
