Absolutely fantastic. I walked in off the street without an appointment and was taken care of immediately by very helpful and friendly staff. It was the manager who attended to me, although I can't remember her name. She also performed other beauty treatments, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Accommodating to all clients, excellent customer service.
I have never experienced anything like this before, but I had my back waxed which was in a rather terrible state. Elaine got to work, and I only felt a slight discomfort. I am very pleased with the outcome and the advice on aftercare. I would highly recommend.
