I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I visited relatives in Belfast and needed a touch-up. I searched online and stumbled upon this nail salon, and it turned out to be the worst place I have ever experienced for nail care. I requested a soak off and a BIAB redo. The individual who filed my nails went too deep, causing them to bleed. Another person in the salon took over and did the BIAB, but the next day, my nails started breaking. When I asked for a refund, they adamantly refused. I had to return for them to attempt repairs. I decided to switch to acrylics and requested a different technician. However, she ended up filing the builder gel once more. The male technician then did my acrylics. After a few days, I noticed them starting to crack, and now, just over a week later, four of them have snapped into my nail bed. I can't even return to my usual nail salon for repairs until they heal. Avoid this place at all costs!
