Honestly, I am beyond impressed with my nails. It was my first visit, and I can't express how much I loved it. The staff were incredibly attentive, and my nails look absolutely stunning. They paid attention to every single detail I requested and were fantastic throughout the entire appointment.
The stylist not only failed to listen to my preferences but also neglected to trim my nails or cuticles. He seemed to be in a rush and became irritated whenever I asked a question, such as requesting a colour change before he even started applying the polish. He was rude and unpleasant, making clicking noises and my nails ended up looking like a child had done them. A truly terrible experience. I will definitely not be returning.
