I accompanied my friend as it was her first visit to a salon and she was a bit anxious. The reception was delightful and very accommodating. My friend was still a bit jittery during her HD Brows and eyelash treatment but the beautician was incredibly kind and even gave her a brief hand massage during the treatment to help ease her nerves. When she saw the results, she was overjoyed and speechless! Would recommend to anyone.

Highly suggest Fresh Vision- I'd trust no one else for my monthly Brazilian wax, eyelash and eyebrow dyeing. My skin is super sensitive but never had any issues. The salon is always spotless. The team are welcoming, efficient and offer fantastic advice before and after all treatments. They'll discourage any treatment that may not be suitable for my skin type and explain why. Prioritising professional ethics over profit speaks volumes.

Opted for an armpit and bikini wax and ended up with burns - to the point where the skin peeled off and it's still bleeding 48 hours later. I kept mentioning to the technician that it was too hot and it was ignored every time. She must have noticed something was wrong and didn't say a word or apologize. To make matters worse, I was left lying on the table while the technician took a phone call for 10 minutes. The company responded promptly and refunded me for the bikini wax, but I am still puzzled that such a fundamental aspect of a wax - avoiding burns - was so poorly handled.
