Unhappy to leave a negative review as I've visited before without issue. This time, I requested short, square French nails but was disappointed. The cuticles weren't tidied, giving my new set an aged appearance. The "square" nails turned out U-shaped and when I asked for a fix, it was done hastily. While the staff were friendly, essential manicure steps were overlooked. I've heard you can pay extra for a manicure, but basic nail preparation should be included in the price.
I absolutely adore this establishment. They always cater to your needs, and the nail durability is exceptional. Plus, their deluxe pedicures are top-notch!
