Got a set of acrylics done and was quite pleased with the results. They lasted for a good 3 weeks. However, when I went back for an infill, two of the nails started to come loose. On my next visit, there was a significant delay in opening the shop on the 21st of December. The staff arrived at 10:15, and while getting my nails attended to, the technician abruptly left halfway through a customer's service. After half an hour of waiting, there was still no sign of anyone. When inquired, the response was rude, indicating that it could be 15 minutes or even 2 hours before someone else arrived. Frustrated customers were told to just leave. Witnessing the chaos, I decided to leave as well, as there were five clients ahead of me. I am unsure of when someone eventually showed up, but the shop was deserted. Will not be returning. The tension in the air was palpable throughout each visit.
A regular at this establishment, I requested my nails to be soaked off during my recent visit. To my surprise, the usual staff members were not present, and instead, there were two male technicians and one female. I explained my request, but one of the male technicians proceeded to buff off the acrylic with an electric buffer. Following this, he used the edge of an extension to pick at the remaining acrylic before soaking my fingers in acetone for a mere 5 minutes. After drying my fingers, he buffed them once again. I am now left with fragile, bending nails, and three of my natural nails had peeled off at the tips before I even left the shopping centre. Utterly frustrated and disappointed, I am unsure if I will ever return. The technician had to be reminded to file my nails properly, as he seemed content with the unfinished job. My friend, who witnessed the incident, refused to get her infills done. Another customer beside me was visibly uncomfortable as the other technician was causing her pain. However, she chose not to speak up. Extremely let down as my friend and I have been loyal customers for a long time now 😡.

Paid £30 for less than a day of wear. Would not recommend. The ambiance at the place is lacking, and the staff barely interact with you. Better off going to Lola Rose or Elle Hair & Beauty instead. Similar prices, top-notch nails, friendly staff, and a complimentary cup of tea.
