I underwent biab treatment last Friday, but by Tuesday THREE of my nails had already chipped. I reached out to the salon, and they advised me to come in on Saturday for a fix. However, I opted not to go as I planned to change my nail colour the following week, not wanting to inconvenience them further. Fast forward to today (not even two weeks later), and my entire biab nail is coming off. I contacted the salon, expressing my disappointment, but they are refusing to acknowledge any fault, attributing it to my use of a keyboard at work. Initially, they even admitted to not allowing my nails to dry properly. I have had biab treatments at a different salon for months without any issues.
