I had a disappointing visit to Betty Unisex Salon that I feel obligated to share. The salon engages in deceptive practices, such as undisclosed overcharging. Their lack of transparency makes them untrustworthy. Potential customers should be cautious of hidden costs that could catch them off guard.
Lovely experience at Betty Unisex Salon! The staff were friendly and did a fantastic job with my hair. Met Betty herself, who was delightful. I will definitely be a loyal customer in the future!
Avoid this salon at all costs! I feel compelled to write this review after a terrible experience. My friend discovered them on TikTok, but I don't want others to go through what I did. I got a silk press that left my hair damaged and smelling burnt for months. They charged me double the usual price without any concern for the health of my hair. They are only interested in overcharging and pleasing their regular and African clientele. I was charged nearly £200 for a service that should have cost £40, with no justification. Complete rip-off!
