Thus far, no complaints. Had my nails done there twice, they lasted for 4 weeks and not a single one broke or sustained damage. Very meticulous too 🌞...
Most dreadful nail ordeal in 13 years of nail care (elsewhere) Today marked my first visit to this spot and how I rue it!! I requested square red nails, plain! The nails turned out very thick and misshapen. Each one had an excess of acrylic and many flaws were only evident after painting. I wouldn’t have minded if she just rectified the shape and suggested I return the next day for painting or something but Instead of filing them to make them thinner, the lady began cutting my nails!! Without informing me! She abruptly trimmed my nails! I have never encountered such a thing before!!! What an impolite lady devoid of customer service skills. She didn’t even attempt to converse and rectify the situation or seek someone else's help, no. She just trimmed all my nails and bear in mind, my nails are very sensitive at this stage and I will have to endure that process again. What a nightmare. Never again I should've just stuck with my previous salon. This one isn't even clean and the smell of acrylic is headache-inducing (I couldn’t stop sneezing, they even gave me a mask). Oh, and the tool she used to trim my cuticles wasn’t sanitized afterward, she simply placed it back in with other tools 🙃. Lovely! Best of luck to the courageous customers. The prices are splendid! My dad has been coming for nearly 15 years. The team are delightful, creates a cozy atmosphere :) and their craftsmanship is exceptional. They truly strive and show concern for delivering top-notch results. My dad opts for gel and I choose acrylic. Their work is incredibly resilient, lasting us well over without any breakage or cracking.
