"Took my daughter for a dry cut, was assisted by Neelam. The service provided was exceptional, she explained the differences in the cuts I was considering and even showed me how to style my daughter's hair myself. Neelam was friendly, polite, and easy to converse with. Will definitely be returning in the future!"
"Awful haircut, I regret going to this place. I wanted to trim my split ends and give a slight U shape to the cut. The staff just chopped all the hair without properly addressing the split ends. When I mentioned that the shape wasn't even at the bottom, she tried to convince me that it was cut properly and not visible as the hair was wet. She was pleasant to talk to but not very skilled in her professional work, I felt. I won't be returning here, I regret losing a lot of my hair unnecessarily and it wasn't worth the price as I had a better experience at a lower cost elsewhere."
