The coastal town of North Shore serves as a collection point for Royal Mail. I arrived last evening to post a package but found the shop closed. The proprietors graciously reopened to accept my parcel without much persuasion. Exceptional customer service and a touch of festive generosity. Much appreciated.
I stumbled upon this establishment by chance while delivering a parcel for Royal Mail, and it was a delightful experience. The lady at the front desk welcomed me warmly, prompting me to opt for a Hollywood wax since it was a spa. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the attendant who tended to me. The treatment room was impeccably clean, the products used for pain relief were truly remarkable, and the service was marked by professionalism and efficiency. I arrived at 5:45 pm and departed just 15 minutes later, thoroughly impressed and eager to recommend it to all the women I know. Thank you.
A beloved salon of mine. The proprietor is delightful, and the staff are kind and attentive. The treatments are of excellent quality, and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone. :)
