Absolutely adore this salon! The team is incredibly skilled and delightful. My manicure and pedicure were flawless, and I was thrilled with the results of my skin tightening facial; the immediate firmness and radiance of my skin were remarkable. I left the salon with a beautiful glow and cannot wait to return for more pampering.
I have visited this establishment on a couple of occasions and unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the services provided. During my first visit for bikini waxing, talcum powder was used, which is a known risk factor for ovarian cancer and should not be utilized. On my second visit, I observed double dipping, which is concerning from a hygiene perspective. I hope that fresh wax is used for each client, as double dipping is not considered good practice. Furthermore, my mother underwent a facial treatment and reported a stinging sensation from the products applied.
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent experience at The Plum Tree Beauty Clinic. The microdermabrasion facial I received was exceptional, one of the finest facials I have ever had. Incredibly relaxing and my complexion looked absolutely radiant afterwards, even catching the attention of my spouse. Additionally, the gel manicure I received was executed flawlessly. The salon exuded a welcoming and lively ambiance, and I am certainly looking forward to my next visit.
