Another fantastic experience here at Enchanted Nails. Much appreciated.
The ambiance is rather chilly and unwelcoming. The team lacks professionalism, conversing loudly while attending to your nails. When inquiring about the best manicure for me, I was informed that they cater to a range of clients, some affluent, some not. The nails turned out well, but the inappropriate remarks and subpar customer service ensure I won't be returning.
Had high hopes for the service, but the manager's behaviour was discourteous, dismissive, and disrespectful towards protected characteristics and privacy. They intentionally coughed on my hands and the nail polish started chipping the very next day. Disappointing experience overall.
