My inaugural experience with acrylic nails left me dismayed! The lack of nail preparation was evident as my cuticles were not pushed back, leading to a shorter lifespan. A mishap during the procedure left my finger bleeding for a few minutes, highlighting a lack of hygiene. The final result was imprecise and rushed. A disappointing experience overall. The accompanying images, taken the next day, revealed the subpar quality of the service.
Absolutely abysmal service, deserving of zero stars. During my first visit for a French tip manicure, the technician failed to create even lines, resulting in a messy finish. On a subsequent visit for a pedicure, another technician neglected to properly remove dead skin, using a blade minimally and refusing to utilize a grater tool. The lacklustre service and poor customer care left me with grey, hardened soles instead of the expected smooth, pink finish. I rectified the situation at home, realizing the salon did not deserve my payment. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.
Consistently exceptional - the finest nail salon I have visited. My nails have never been stronger, longer, or in better condition. The durable rubber shellac lasts an impressive four weeks. Many thanks to Roses for the outstanding service!
