I've been a regular here, usually satisfied. But today, a young novice did my nails. The extensions were poorly attached, acrylic uneven, and bits left under my nails. I left before colour, yet was charged full price. My inaugural experience with acrylic nails left me dismayed! The lack of nail preparation was evident as my cuticles were not pushed back, leading to a shorter lifespan. A mishap during the procedure left my finger bleeding for a few minutes, highlighting a lack of hygiene. The final result was imprecise and rushed. A disappointing experience overall.
