I paid a visit to the Lily Spa for the first time, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. As it was a warm day, they were offering soft drinks to all guests. I underwent a waxing session with Shalu, and she was fantastic - courteous, attentive, and professional. She was meticulous and did an excellent job, showcasing her extensive experience. Additionally, she provided valuable advice on post-treatment care instructions. I plan on returning for more treatments and exploring their facial offerings ✨
I was greeted warmly upon arrival. I possessed a voucher worth 50 quid, with my 30-minute treatment priced at 40 quid. I expressed my desire to utilise the entire voucher immediately, and the lady informed me that a 1-hour massage costs 50 quid! The massage therapist assigned to me visibly expressed annoyance when I opted for the longer session! Her technique was rather forceful, despite my preference for firm pressure. She applied excessive pressure to my throat, making me feel like I was suffocating. Upon voicing my discomfort, she instructed me to remain still. She burped multiple times during the massage, and her long nails caused discomfort on my back. After 50 minutes, she instructed me to lie down and rest while she exited the room. Let's just say I won't be returning! I have visited Lily Haven before and had delightful experiences, but sadly, this time left me disappointed. I couldn't wait to depart the premises.

They often mention any ongoing special promotions as well. Fortunate to have such a delightful establishment nestled in the heart of High Barnet Peaks shopping centre. A tranquil retreat and a conveniently located spot for some self-care and rejuvenation. Thank you, Lily Haven, for always taking care of me!
