My time at Russell Eaton has been consistently positive. Alex is my stylist, and I must say they do an exceptional job each time. Upon my first post-lockdown visit to the salon, I was a bit anxious, given the circumstances of the pandemic. However, Alex managed to put me at ease. My hair was in disarray, with numerous grey strands due to my age. Alex and I had a discussion about my preferred colours and found one that suited me perfectly. I absolutely must endorse this salon! Oliver is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable in his craft. He is always expanding his skills and experimenting with new products that have significantly improved my dull, dry, and damaged hair. Recently, he used some innovative Platinum Solutions bleach and K18 treatment on my hair, and it has never felt so silky and vibrant. Update- I have been frequenting this salon for some time now and I must say, it's a delightful experience. Hairdressers can be a bit awkward at times, but Lucy has managed to create a serene environment with a charming atmosphere. My initial visit to this salon was last week. I opted for this salon based on the stellar reviews. The salon had a pleasant ambiance and the lady at the reception was delightful. Alexandra handled my haircut and styled it beautifully post-cut with a round brush for added volume. I wasn't shown the back of my hair and didn't notice any irregularities with the hair's texture being wavy. However, when I straightened my hair the following day, I was utterly dismayed by the back view. Supposedly, 'soft layers' were incorporated, but the back of my hair appears as though random chunks were haphazardly snipped, resulting in an uneven and disjointed look with random short strands. It looks dreadful, and I can't wear my hair down or straight now.
