My initial visit to this salon was last week. I opted for this salon based on the stellar reviews. The salon had a pleasant ambiance and the lady at the reception was delightful. Alexandra handled my haircut and styled it beautifully post-cut with a round brush for added volume. I wasn't shown the back of my hair and didn't notice any irregularities with the hair's texture being wavy. However, when I straightened my hair the following day, I was utterly dismayed by the back view. Supposedly, 'soft layers' were incorporated, but the back of my hair appears as though random chunks were haphazardly snipped, resulting in an uneven and disjointed look with random short strands. It looks dreadful, and I can't wear my hair down or straight now. Extremely, extremely dissatisfied.
Nina is an absolute hair maestro! I revisited in May with seriously grown-out balayage and was clueless on how to rectify it! Nina applied a toner and transformed me into looking fabulous. I rebooked for July to go even blonder and have a complete touch-up. She was incredibly patient in detailing the process and the expected outcome, meticulously checking every step. I underwent my inaugural hair colouring experience with Vito. I was uncertain about the outcome until the process was complete. She shared her insights and provided excellent suggestions. Her understanding of which hair colours would suit me was commendable. She executed the task with great care, and I am genuinely delighted with the service.
