Wow, what an amazing salon! All the ladies are super friendly, extremely talented, and go above and beyond for you. Michelle styled my hair and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Disappointing experience - I left the salon looking exactly the same as when I arrived, a complete waste of £120! My requests were not listened to, the bleach was not left on for long enough, and my already blonde hair did not get any lighter. The stylist justified the high price by claiming they were one of the cheapest in the area, which they are not. My advice is to shop around, get a confirmed price, and ensure it aligns with what you were quoted over the phone. I should have double-checked upon arrival. It was an uncomfortable moment at the checkout, having to pay for a service I was not satisfied with.
