First time visiting. All covid measures in place, yet still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were attentive, taking necessary details and checking temperatures before seating. Everyone wore masks and disposable capes were provided for added safety precautions. Response from Tracey was exceptionally friendly and engaging, despite the current circumstances. Additionally, the salon is actively raising funds for local children's school meals, which is commendable.
A delightful and welcoming salon environment. Donna's expertise as a nail technician is truly remarkable, she works wonders! Despite not being particularly into all things girly, I consistently receive compliments on my beautiful nails.
Absolutely dreadful hair cut and colour experience. The outcome was so disappointing that one wouldn't even realize a service had been performed. After enduring a 3-hour session, I was charged £70 for a result that was practically non-existent. If there was an option to rate below 1 star, I would.
