Lashes fell out after just two days. My left eye was completely bare, and only a few remained on my right eye after a week. They refuse to fix them without charging for an infill. But how can they fill in something that's completely gone? And the brow lamination was a disaster - I asked for a natural look, but ended up with strong, dark block brows. It's fine if that's your style, but I wanted NATURAL. To top it off, there were tint stains left on my brows, giving me red-brown smudges that took days to fade.
I am utterly disappointed by the treatment I received today at this establishment, and I have decided not to come back. As a manager in a prominent health department and a medical professional, I am well-versed in proper etiquette for dealing with visitors, patients, and clients.
