The staff are delightful and highly skilled. The ambiance is calm and inviting. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for treatments.
My initial experience with waxing was disappointing, as the practitioner, though kind, missed numerous areas. I spent £64 and my legs and private regions are still hairy. A few stubborn hairs would be acceptable, but large patches are not what I expected for the price.
