I recently visited for a gel manicure with Bally, and despite her pleasant demeanour, I am disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the gel nail polish did not last as promised - within less than 24 hours, some of the polish had already come off or chipped, even though I had not engaged in any activities that would typically cause this, such as washing up.
