Recently had my nails done by this salon and I'm thrilled with the results. They managed to fix the botched job I had from another place. Exceptional work, I'm loyal to this salon now. Tried a different place based on a recommendation, but was left unimpressed. I recently visited for a gel manicure with Bally, and despite her pleasant demeanour, I am disappointed with the overall experience. I had my nails done last Saturday, and they look absolutely stunning! I highly recommend it. My experience with this nail salon was horrendous. The customer service was appalling from the start. I was falsely informed about free parking, resulting in a parking ticket. When I sought assistance from the staff, they were unhelpful and indifferent. They refused to provide me with a receipt, despite knowing they had done my nails. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation was disappointing. The staff's jokes about parking fines were in poor taste. I would have gladly paid for parking if I had been informed correctly. The salon's insistence on cash-only transactions and the absence of receipts was perplexing. The nail designs were basic and sloppy, and I regret choosing convenience over quality. I had my acrylic nails removed and they just ripped them off! They got their own nail under my acrylic and just pulled. After ripping the first one off, half of my nail came off with it and it bled considerably. I then asked them to soak the others off but they ripped the rest of my nails off in the same way. Luckily, the rest of my nails remained intact but they’re now as thin as tissue paper. I am very sad and now have very saw nails that are too short, too thin and don’t look very nice.
