My experience with this nail salon was horrendous. The customer service was appalling from the start. I was falsely informed about free parking, resulting in a parking ticket. When I sought assistance from the staff, they were unhelpful and indifferent. They refused to provide me with a receipt, despite knowing they had done my nails. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation was disappointing. The staff's jokes about parking fines were in poor taste. I would have gladly paid for parking if I had been informed correctly. The salon's insistence on cash-only transactions and the absence of receipts was perplexing. The nail designs were basic and sloppy, and I regret choosing convenience over quality. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

I had a dreadful experience at this nail salon. The service was appalling, with the staff speaking in their native tongue, making me feel out of place. The technician who did my nails was rough and caused them to bleed, showing no remorse. Despite it being my first visit, I will never return. I had been growing my nails with BIAB and wanted a removal and new set of gels. Upon entering the salon after 6pm, I was completely ignored before being told to take a seat. An older lady proceeded to file my nails down excessively, leaving them brittle and painful. It was evident she lacked expertise in nail care. After rudely instructing me to sit, a young male employee displayed his displeasure at working late, making me feel like an inconvenience. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, the staff were rude, and I was relieved when the ordeal was finally over. It's no surprise they have garnered so many negative reviews.
