I had my acrylic nails removed and they just ripped them off! They got their own nail under my acrylic and just pulled. After ripping the first one off, half of my nail came off with it and it bled considerably. I then asked them to soak the others off but they ripped the rest of my nails off in the same way. Luckily, the rest of my nails remained intact but they’re now as thin as tissue paper. I am very sad and now have very saw nails that are too short, too thin and don’t look very nice. As well as a bloody finger. :(
Absolutely joke job, I've been there first time and I will never ever go back to this salon, £35 for my Nails and after 5 days 2 nails came off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON 200%!!!
Very bad experience. I went here for gel nail removal. Firstly the staff were really unfriendly and unprofessional. When I asked questions about how they removed the gel they started laughing and clearly saying rude things not in English about me to each other. The removal was also done so harshly it left my nails really thin and damaged which took months to grow out. Would definitely not recommend. They also only take cash? Where only takes cash now?
