Today, a charming young man named Duy applied gel varnish to my nails. Despite reviews mentioning staff rudeness, Duy was courteous and amiable. A simple smile can truly make a difference, and Duy's frequent smiles were delightful.
Proceed only if absolutely necessary... Staff can be exceedingly impolite and hurried. They exhibit spiteful behaviour, and when you express discomfort, they disregard it. My mother requested further filing on a nail corner, and the man simply shook his head in annoyance. Nails don't look dreadful, but due to the rush, the skin around them is painted as well.
