Been here for haircuts and colouring twice now - always professional and polite 🤗
Had my hair styled on Monday, long bits supposed to be short, short bits supposed to be long. No layers as requested, ended up with a complete mess. They couldn't find my appointment when I arrived. Went back today for a redo, but was told they couldn't do it. Very upset and angry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to book with a different stylist and pay extra for someone else's mistake. They shouldn't call themselves hairdressers.
HORRIBLE SALON. Booked online and paid a deposit. Another client had an appointment with Candice 15 minutes before mine, so they couldn't honor my booking. Asked for a refund but was told to contact head office. Disgusting service, wasted journey and now struggling to get a refund for a service I never received. WILL NEVER RETURN 😡😡😡
