Casey took the time to thoroughly discuss my preferences for the full head of highlights, offering valuable suggestions along the way. Throughout the process she explained each step in detail, ensuring I understood why she used certain products or techniques and which ones would best suit my hair type/style. The service was delightful and the whole team were extremely friendly and chatty, which made you feel very welcome. Casey’s expertise and attentiveness made all the difference. I had a haircut yesterday with Aiste. She understood what I needed, put me at ease and did an expert job. Very happy with the service. Lyn was very courteous as well. Overall a fantastic experience.
Lovely lovely staff and they took really great care of the cut and wash but reason for 3 star is due to the colour, didn't really get what I asked for. It's not bad just not what I wanted really.
