In one word, Lee and his service can be summed up as professional. From the treatments to his ever-present smile, you truly receive exceptional service no matter the treatment. His establishment is always clean and well-maintained for customers, and he possesses extensive knowledge and technical expertise in all his products and treatments. Despite fair pricing, the quality of his service remains top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I have been visiting Lee for over a year now. Initially tried the Million Pound facial, and not only did my skin feel and look fantastic afterward, but the entire experience was professional and incredibly relaxing. Lee is dedicated to his work, always suggesting the best treatments for achieving desired results. I've returned multiple times for various treatments, and have recommended him to family and friends.
What a pity this chap is truly skilled but regrettably fails to show up as promised. Moreover, he neglects to return calls or texts when trying to schedule an appointment. A very unprofessional approach. Despite his potential, he doesn't respond to clients at all, even after numerous messages. Due to this unreliability, I would not engage his services.
